About UAE Realtys

UAE Realtys publishes off-plan projects and payment plans across the seven emirates. The aim is simple: put the numbers that decide an off-plan purchase on the page, so a buyer can judge a deal before speaking to anyone.

What we publish on every project

• The payment plan, as an actual schedule rather than a headline split
• Handover date and escrow account status
• The developer, and their delivery record
• The full cost of ownership, including DLD fees and service charges

Where a figure is not yet confirmed against the developer or the Dubai Land Department, the page says “Not confirmed”. We would rather show a gap than an estimate dressed up as a fact.
